By booking with Sapphire Party Bus, you agree to our terms, including payment, cancellation, liability, and conduct policies, ensuring a seamless and respectful service experience.

Rules & Conduct

  • No smoking or drug use is allowed inside the vehicle.
  • No standing through the sunroof.

Customer is liable for damage to the vehicle, including:

  • Carpet or seat burns: $500 minimum.
  • Broken glassware: $20 per item.
  • Other physical damage: billed at actual repair cost.
  • A cleaning fee of $250 may be charged only in cases of excessive mess beyond standard usage (e.g.,
    vomit, spills requiring deep cleaning).
  • No cleaning fee will be applied for standard use of the vehicle, including reasonable trash, footprints, and
    general passenger activity.

Cancellation Policy

Special Events(Limousines, Party Buses, and Classic Cars):

  • Cancellations made 15+ days before the trip: 75% penalty of total cost.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the trip: 100% of the fare charged.
  • No refunds issued under standard cancellation terms.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.

Airport Transfers:

  • Cancel within 48 hours: $50 charge.
  • Cancel within 24 hours: Full fare charged.

Liability

  • Sapphire Party Bus is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or booking errors.
  • Observed illegal activity may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Quotes

Quotes will be honored for 48 hours. After the 48-hour mark quotes are subject to change based on availability

Service Guarantee & Vehicle Standards

  • If the reserved vehicle fails to show up at the scheduled pickup time and location, a full refund of all
    payments will be issued.
  • In the event of a vehicle breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be dispatched.
  • If the replacement vehicle does not arrive within 60 minutes, a full refund will be issued.
  • The replacement vehicle must be of approximately equal or better condition, and not significantly older,
    poorly maintained, or visibly inferior to the originally booked vehicle.
  • If more than one breakdown occurs during the trip, the customer will receive a full refund, regardless of
    whether replacements are provided.
  • Refunds for no-shows or qualifying breakdowns must be issued within 15 calendar days.
  • If the refund is not issued within 15 days, Sapphire Party Bus agrees to pay an additional 50% of the total
    contract amount for every subsequent 15-day period the refund remains unpaid.
  • Interiors may vary from website photos, but must meet the conditions above.

  • A 30-minute grace period is allowed for pickup delays.
  • After 30 minutes, an additional hourly rate will be charged.
